New Report: Delivering Faster Restoration with Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Funding

EPIC’s Restoration Economy Center is excited to release a new report detailing the need for agile procurement strategies in the face of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funding. Written by Grace Edinger and Phoebe Higgins, this paper offers solutions to quickening the pace of restoration projects through innovative procurement.

The Biden-Harris administration recently announced an initiative to streamline permitting for BIL projects. While permitting timelines are a large barrier to speed, the way in which our government enters contracts are as well.
